Privacy Policy

WorkAgents AI ("we") processes business contact and workflow data solely to deliver the services you configure. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored per-organization with tenant isolation and access controls (RBAC).

Data we process

• Account & billing details of your organization and users.
• Business content you connect: emails, RFQs, catalogues, vendor and customer records.
• Operational metadata: audit logs, agent runs, usage metrics.

GDPR & retention

For EU data subjects we act as processor on your instructions. You may request export or deletion of personal data at any time via privacy@workagentsai.com. Audit logs are retained for the term of your contract plus statutory periods.

AI & human oversight

All AI output is draft-only. Customer-facing and financial actions require human approval before execution, and every action is written to a tamper-evident audit trail.

Terms of Service

By using WorkAgents AI you agree to use the platform lawfully, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for approving agent output before it is sent. Service is provided on the plan you select; see pricing. We may update these terms with notice.
